SNEAKERHEAD

Online marketplace facilitating auctions between sellers and buyers.

Working on the Sneakerhead project, I was responsible for all end-to-end design process going through:
Discovery, research, stakeholder interviews, surveys, analysis, design concept, sketches, wireframes, user flows, prototyping in three different stages low, mid, high-fidelity, testing, and validation. I used some tools like Miro, Mobbin, Trello, lookback, Figma, and Zeplin.

The Sneakerhead project challenge was to create an online marketplace facilitating auctions between sellers and buyers. During the project talking with the stakeholders, I found some relevant insights like users searches every day for the best selling pairs, for new drop releases and they need to engage in the sneaker culture according to models and history.

Security was one of the biggest challenges when creating a platform for online trading. The second biggest challenge was to create a reliable platform both in the commercialization of products but to provide the necessary information in the case of rare products and particular customers.

After completing the research by going through the following points, feature ideation, themes, opportunities and feature prioritization, it was possible to create a solid wireframe and the first low-fidelity prototype. The user’s journey was an essential point to be able to develop functional interactions and performances.

Analyzing the interactions based on data and KPIs, I decided to make some adjustments. The final solution was to develop a clickable high-fidelity prototype. A secure platform where facilitates auctions between sellers and buyers of rare sneakers. A place where users get to know the new drops and the history of sneaker culture.
