RZO ft. Bone Thugs N Harmony
Paz Em Meio Ao Caos
A music video designed to tell the story of ‘Paz em meio ao coas’ (Peace amongst the chaos) and a collaboration of famous Brazilian rap artist, RZO and his North American counterparts Bone Thugs ‘n’ Harmony.
Starring Milhem Cortaz (“Stronger than the World: The Story of Jose Aldo”,“Elite Squad” and “Carandiru”) and Marco ‘Kikito’ Junquiera (“City of God” and “Elite Squad”) the video was filmed on location in the Favela do Paqueta, in Pirituba, Sao Paulo.
The sequences were created to echo that of a short film. Scene locations were carefully selected, objects sourced and special effects produced to showcase the ideologies portrayed in the video.
The main aim of the video was to realise the social inequality affecting the people of the Flavela on a day to day basis, whilst echoing the overall sentiment of the song.
